We work the checklist
Your cleaner arrives with supplies and goes room by room through the list for your service.
Where a Deep Clean Goes Further.
The slow-building grime
Grout lines, baseboards, and door frames don't get dirty in a week, so routine visits pass them by. A deep clean is where they get attention, along with windowsills, cabinet fronts, and the oven hood vent.
A starting line for regular cleaning
If you're planning recurring visits, a deep clean first means the routine ones keep a home clean instead of trying to catch it up.
When to Book a Deep Clean.
Before the first routine visit
If the home hasn't had a professional clean recently, starting deep gives every later visit a fair baseline.
Ahead of company or a season change
Holidays, visiting family, or the end of a long summer are all good reasons to reset the whole house at once.
When the house has gotten away from you
Busy stretches happen. A deep clean handles the backlog in one visit so you're not chipping away at it for weeks.

Hand the cleaning to us.

How can we help?
Frequently Asked Questions.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. Supplies are included with every clean, so there's nothing to buy or set out. If you'd like a particular product used on something, tell us before the visit — you may need to provide that one yourself.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Every cleaner we send has passed a background check, and Canopy Maid is an insured business.
How does booking work?
Book on our website: pick a service, tell us about your home, and choose a time. If you have a question first, send it through the contact page or email Andy@canopymaid.com.
Which towns do you serve?
Tallahassee, Crawfordville, Havana, Monticello, Quincy, and Midway — generally anywhere within about 25 miles of Tallahassee. Not sure if that includes you? Send us your address and we'll tell you.
What's the difference between a routine clean and a deep clean?
A routine clean keeps up with the everyday: kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, and floors. A deep clean adds baseboards, doors and door frames, windowsills, shower grout, cabinet fronts, and the oven hood vent. The checklist page shows both side by side.
How much notice do I need to give to cancel or reschedule?
At least 48 hours, please — that lets us offer the time to someone else. Changes made on shorter notice carry a fee; the details are in our Terms of Service.
